The cool kid
Yesterday Leo said the cutest thing to Melissa - something like this
"Mommy, I'm Cole's big brother, right?"
"Yes, honey."
"And I'm a very good big brother, right?"
"Yes, you are a good big brother."
"Yeah, I am. (brief pause) And I can talk to animals too."
"What?"
Leo matter-of-factly replied, "I can talk to animals. And they talk to me too - with animal sounds and stuff."
It's official. I have the coolest three year old in the world. No you may not borrow him. What next? Pyrokinetic powers? The ability to fly? Only time will tell folks. Only time will tell.
I'm done for now.
